Shipping Policy
We process orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination:
* Standard shipping: 7-15 business days
* Expedited shipping: 5-10 business days (not available for all items)
All orders are shipped with tracking information sent to your email once the package leaves our facility.
We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on all orders over $49.99. Standard shipping fees start at $5.99 for orders under $49.99. Expedited shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are final sale. This will be noted on the product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
